Overview of current 3D printing techniques and materials.
Analysis of 3D printed objects.
3D modeling techniques for both organic and rigid, straight shapes through techniques such as: "box modeling" and "point-to-point modeling".µ
Modeling of own support objects
Creation of reference material based on photographs.
3D printing: use and maintenance of a 3D printer (filament printer)
3D scanning: use of a handheld scanner for scanning people (heads) and objects.

Students model and print workpieces (3D objects) during the class series that are evaluated.
In addition to these work pieces, the final evaluation is based on a final final assignment.
