Content
In this course unit you will learn to practice what we teach in International Corporate Communication -Strategy.
You will perform 2 assignments:
A. Assignment Internal Communication :
Understand the role and function of internal communications within an organization,
specifically:
- How the channels of communication operate within an organization between employees and management.
- How the unit responsible for internal communications operates in relationship to other units within the organization.
- How internal communications programs must support the overall business objectives of an organization.
- Develop internal communications plans that demonstrate the student's knowledge of internal communications strategies and tactics.
B. Assignment Issue Management :
Understand the impact of the macro environment on an organization.
Apply the models of issue management to actual issue management cases.
Understand the effects of reputation management and cultural differences on issue management
