SOW/0600De PBA SOW expliciteert zijn professionele identiteit. Deze PI bestaat uit een visie op de beroepsuitoefening gesitueerd binnen de maatschappelijke context. Dit impliceert de integratie van de waardenkaders eigen aan het beroep van sociaal werker zoals omschreven in de globale definitie van sociaal werk, de Global Social Work Statement of Ethical Principles en de Global Agenda for Social Work and Social Development. De student ontwikkelt zijn PI via reflectie op deze en zijn eigen referentiekaders, op zijn handelen, op de sociaal werk praktijk en op de samenleving, alsook via dialoog met mede-studenten, docenten, belanghebbenden en sociaal werkers. Doorheen dit proces neemt hij een onderzoekende, (zelf)kritische houding aan. De afstuderende Bachelor in het sociaal werk handelt in overeenstemming met zijn PI, hij maakt professionele keuzes en verantwoordt deze o.m. vanuit zijn PI, hij bewaakt zijn professionele integriteit en herkent zijn professionele grenzen. De PBA SOW/PEW ontleent zijn professionele identiteit aan een arbeidscontext en refereert hiervoor naar het competentieprofiel voor HRM, gebaseerd op internationaal grootschalig onderzoek (Ulrich, 2017). Omschrijving Inhoud

The focus of this course module is bases on two pillars. On the one hand, on the personal development of the student into a social work professional, using the professional identity model and framework of the 21ste century skills. Throughout the course module, various current topics will be introduced, which serve as a means to develop a personal vision of social work pratice in today's society.
On the other hand, the focus is on the digital skills needed as a social worker. This includes topics such as digital inclusion, digital competencies, digital care and support, handling client data, forming a vision, and so on. In short, digital skills.

You will independently explore the theoretical foundations of the course through interactive learning modules. In small-group practical sessions, you will apply these theories, gaining hands on experiences with different interventions and techniques.

The oral exam: presentation of approximately 15 minutes. The student demonstrates how the substantive themes were integrated. The teacher inquires about further insights into vision, professional development en digital skills.
